The room was clean, but we needed a plunger for the toilet and the front desk couldn't find one. It took two hours to track down a plunger. Then the next morning the fire alarm went off because someone burned toast in the breackfast area. It was early, my husband and i were still undressed and had to rush out of the room thinking there was a fire. The alarm kept screaming for a while before a worker came and told everyone that it was just the toaster. The floor was wet all morning from the pool to the front desk. Otherwise our stay was nice. (July 25-27 2025)

I've been here three times, each time they've done a bit more, painting the hallway, new carpet in the lobby area etc. it's not fancy, but they are working on updates, which is nice. But what really makes a difference is the staff. They are all great! The breakfast lady was super nice and the breakfast includes little cheese omelettes and sausage, not just hard boiled eggs etc. I really like the staff and their attention to guests needs and added bonus, they accept cats for a fee!

I loved our experience here. We rented a party room, and they could not have been more accommodating. The room had a fridge, a sink, plenty of room- and is adjacent to the pool which we made great use of. As well as the entryway which was spacious and inviting, and also contains a TV. It was the perfect place for our group of 20 or so family members to gather and celebrate together. Next I'll have to try renting one of the rooms.

Very nice and friendly staff at check in, the woman at the front desk was very attentive. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was a little stiff for my taste, but in all a very pleasant stay.

Great room with hot showers. The breakfast was refilled when we ate later in the morning. Quiet night and slept soundly. Construction made it confusing to get to. We weren't using the pool but it was closed.

Excellent budget hotel. Large dog area. Clean rooms and very helpful staff.

This hotel deserves 5 stars for sure. I stayed there for 2 months. The front desk staff were always friendly , and ready to greet you as you walked in. Daily they could be found cleaning , sanitizing the lobby to make sure it was always clean. They also had the breakfast bar every morning stocked up with fresh food, fruits, juices, and so much more. The front desk clerk Maggie was very helpful always , and the lady with the awesome custom curls was always helpful as well. They were always professional about their business and making sure we felt at ease. The housekeeping was also a great bunch. Anytime I had a question they helped me to get it solved immediately. The whole staff was a great bunch and I was sad when I got reassigned. Great job at making the people who are far from home feel better.

The staff were pleasant. It's just off the highway and easy to find. Close to the ledge amphitheater. Rooms were clean. The suite with the jacuzzi tub was very quite did not hear anything from other rooms.
